Service shutoff for non-payment

To restore service after shutoff due to non-payment, go to the Commercial Offices with your ID. There must be no payment due on your account. If the supply has been out of use for a period greater than one year, Camuzzi must inspect the state of the internal installation prior to restarting service. If repairs are necessary, you must hire a registered installer to carry out the necessary works.

Service shutoff due to safety reasons

To restore service after shutoff due to safety reasons, go to the Commercial Offices with your ID and form 3.5 approved by the gas distribution company.

Service shut off at user’s request

To request service reconnection after requesting removal of the meter, go to the Commercial Offices with your ID. There must be no payment due on your account. If the supply has been out of use for a period greater than one year, Camuzzi must inspect the state of the internal installation prior to restarting service. If repairs are necessary, you must hire a registered installer to carry out the necessary works.
